Man, I miss TF outta the OB. I’ve been to The Coliseum during SC’s run (openly rooting against them), I’ve been to the Rose Bowl during the late 90’s during the McNown yrs (openly rooting against them). I’ve been to Jordan-Hare stadium during my little cousin’s recruitment during the mid 2000’s (low key rooting against them since I was w/ him)….I’ve been to Soldier Field, The Mercedes Benz Dome, and I can unequivocally say there’s never, EVER been an experience like the OB when it was cracking for a big game.
 
i was at the game and I think it was the loudest play ever in our history in the OB

Dale Dawkins catch for a TD in the '89 ND game was also crazy loud

You can't duplicate that sound or the rattle of the stands, just electric.

It felt like the Old Girl was coming down....It was already in a Frenzy, because the play before Sapp & Lang Sacked Kanell....when Los picked it off there was a Gigantic Roar, but the second he crossed the GL it sounded like an Atomic Bomb went off....never heard a noise like that in 45yrs of going to the OB...
