Leaders of the team need to be the impact players who are vocal, and who hold other players accountable.

It doesn't seem like there's players like that in the sport anymore.

coaches should know who the captains should be ---aka naming somebody a captain and then they have an awful game, compared to naming a captain that you know wont have a weak game

There has to be a leadership component to go along with performance, but without being too critical, having a MLB as Captain, when before most games an OC would look and say he is 1 of 3 people to attack, just isn't it...
