Too bad they didn't put them through the Navy Seal drill of carrying the boats over their heads while being pounded by waves

Just curious, did Coker have to resort to these types of things before the 2001 and 2002 seasons?

I don't really think it's necessarily resorting to anything. It's just a type of workout that happens to have an added team building benefit. I'm sure that workout was ****. Ask anyone who has been in the military. Also, I'm sure Coker did nothing of this sort, because Coker did nothing at all. The reason Coker did nothing at all however is because nothing needed to be done. He was handed the keys to a nascar 1 foot from the finish line lol. But overall most college football teams do things of this nature. Just a fun way to switch up the workout routine, and something these kids will most likely never forget..

It's just something to do for conditioning that is actually a fun experience. A lot of schools do this stuff. Do you think they should just go outside and run plays and lift weights all day everyday? Thats what most fans seem to expect.

So many posters are just a bunch of little punk bit-ches waiting to try to say something funny/sarcastic or criticize this program no matter what gets posted. Its usually the non athletic losers who never played and have nothing better to do in life. Just once can't u either just shut up or say something remotely positive.

Golden is doing anything possible to "show" the fans and media he "gets it" and "will change". Further, he insinuates that it is the lack of team "togetherness" that is the reason for our failure.

However, all of this "bonding" will not change the fact that Golden and his staff are the worst in the country from a game planning and adjustment perspective.

He is the problem, not the solution.

Well at least Miami is attempting to be ever so slightly original. **** AL Blades must be rolling over!

Anything is better than this rehashed non-sense from a **** high school movie at that!
