Cody Woodiel, i had to google his name as i couldn't remember. Why does he get a pass? We never talk about him.

Lofton has regressed, Bauman is pure ***, the freshmen are supposedly good but never play. Is it fair to question whether or not he's doing a good job?

Supposed to be some ace recruiter I thought that’s why he took over from the dude before him I forget…

All we’ve seen is TE fall and we can’t land anyone from Mississippi that ole miss or sec want
 
Him and Merritt are probably both going to lose their jobs after the season is over, not that it will make any difference

Still don’t understand the personnel packages. Obvious passing downs and they’re rolling Bauman out there and lining him up wide in the slot. With as bad as he is and Lofton how are Gilbert or Schott not good enough to get on the field.
 
TE doesn’t exist in this offense. Hate that they’re going out and recruiting all these good recruits then do not show off their skill set just ask them to block or ride the bench. For as much dive we run you would think we would have a TE ripping the seams of defenses

how can lofton regress if he never did anything.



hes a te coach he is insignificant...he is actualy mostly a recruiter for us.

Bauman sucks cause he sucks he wasnt developed by Woodiel he sucked before coming here...Lofton is just ah hback/full back. He isnt particularly fast and he isnt that good of a blocker or clearly a route runner/pass catcher to make up for it..he essentially played rb in high school.

The te room is trash this year and they gonna need to portal in talent in the off szn.
 
Lofton is a complete waste of time out there. he looks like he doesn't care. he is a terrible blocker and has no speed or size. He does not need to see the field again at miami and should transfer to an FCS program.

Bauman is only "good" in the pass game he couldnt or didnt really block at tulane...so thats why he was thought of to be brought in but he is just stiff and not as athletic as we are use to a at that spot..he sucks blockng. Gilbert though tall and yallt hink of him as te inline blocker type i think he is also more of a receiving threat..schott is likely our most athletic te but he is taking the shirt.

we gonna have to ride out the bauman an lofton grouping with sj being brought into wham n whiff on blocks as well in short yardage
 
Don’t need to use TEs. Leach said it best , they usually don’t block well enough to keep a 6th OL off the field and don’t catch well enough to keep another WR off the field. Once in awhile you get the rare TE that bring a new wrinkle to the offense, but none of our TEs do anything particularly well.

I get that. But in obvious passing downs who’s the better option him or a Jojo, Johnson, Moore, etc?

you asking me? i dont want him on the field on running downs let alone passing downs.

I dont want him or Lofton on the field much...the less the better...sprinkled in...cool.. thats how he got a td today
