Yes I need more proof when he never, ever looked like he did here, especially when this staph has proven time and again, they can't evaluate and don't play the best players. **** never ran a scheme that took advantage of Tate's skills. He's an elite athlete, numbers don't lie.

I can see him being a 3rd string wide receiver next season.

You could be right but I'm not counting on it. These coordinators usually fall back on what they know.

I live in Dallas and people say Lashlee was more of a run guy and Dykes was the pass first guy. So if he's bringing that SMU offense then what you're really saying is that he's updated his philosophy..... and I guess we'll just have to see.

Actually he ran a lot of what bama did , a lot of the same formations and rpo’s. He just didn’t have their ol , five nfl wr and locksley calling the plays.

The problem with him was he couldn’t adjust to the talent drop off and how to scheme towards a bad ol.


Dykes is a brilliant mind so I can almost guarantee you’ll see lashlee use wider splits to help the ol and give better throwing lanes, and no slow developing plays. Everything is fast. Enos couldn’t do that or adjust.

It’s actually a nice hybrid of power run and air raid. I don’t know why you wouldn’t run the offense that broke records.

Very possible.

Lashlee has the offense set to take the deep shot early, which would help Tate out.

The reads are easier and fit together better. I could see N’Kosi putting up numbers in this system and with another year of maturity, who knows. People forget he came out of high school raw and had to learn under the inexperienced tutelage of Jon Richt.

I expect Jarren to transfer, but if so, why isn’t he in the portal already? He was such a huge problem, right? Tate went awol, but he should start?

I say all this because many don’t realize how bad Enos was for us and want to write all our guys off, including Martell.

I’m not buying. Hopefully, Diaz can grow some nuts and get control of this team. If the oc can get it rolling and make playing football fun again, anyone of these quarterbacks could break out and have a strong year.

A grad transfer could take the job, too. We literally have to wait and see how spring shakes out.
