Tate staying?

Was that 1st picture taken during warmups? I dont remember him having that much space during his time in the bowl game.

I never would have estimated that time. It's a terrific time. Seemingly his only chance is short range slot receiver. That's available in the new offense. Lots of play action fakes then immediate darts to plant and stop targets 7 yards downfield.

It's available in most offenses...This kid is a prima donna. The faster he gets the f**k outta here the better it is for the team. Total ku*t

No one on here has any idea why he had to take time off, including me but what I do know is that it was APPROVED. Whatever the reason, it was enough for the head coach to allow it. Instead of realizing that had to be something serious or tragic, everyone wants to bash and assume he was on vacation with his girl. LMAO do people realize how absolutely ridiculous that is?
I also still believe he has a very unique skill set and will look completely different in this offense. You know, like he looked for years before one off season with pEnos.

Also, it's not ridiculous for you to assume it's something tragic? I don't assume he's with his girl...Why do you assume it's tragic

This kid is a complete douchebag...It showed on that show he was on during high school...And it's shown since he's been at UM.

People really hate this dude for no reason lol it’s gonna be an open competition and if Lashlee passes over him as well, then we know he wasn’t worth a ****. But y’all hate on Enos but for some reason his word on Martell being a trash QB is gospel. If he doesn’t work out in the spread in spring ball, move on. Simple as that
 
Rewatched his Bishop Gorman footage. He ran the RPO/Spread there and looked good doing it. 2020 will be interesting.

He'd definitely play WR in this Lashlee offense if he focused on it. He wouldn't even have to catch a ton of balls, just be out there, run your route, and be available for the occasional trick Lashlee cooks up with you.

I hate the kid was he's a spoiled little primadonna...That isn't a reason?
 
Really hope he looks himself in the mirror and makes the logical choice to move to receiver and work on that craft. Really his only shot to the pros. With that being said, I could see him running the offense although it wouldn't get him to the NFL

I think the young man is a D2, at best FCS QB. He’s quick but I’m not buying the 3.96 shuttle. For some reason those kids shuttles drop off once they go to the combine.

I also don’t think he’s fast enough to play WR. The kid couldn’t out run a DT for LTech during the bowl game. No matter how quick he is in the spread, running a 4.8 isn’t going to help him.

If Tate stays or leaves fine. Lets see what competition for the QB job looks like with Lashlee. One thing you have to have is players fighting for their jobs. We all know the QB room is an absolute mess.
 
Hoping TVD and PM are the goods + new OC brings in a QB of his choosing that is super game ready in his system.
