Absolutely agree there’s no good reason for it. That’s the point, there’s no reason to fear UNC because only us fcking up can stop us. Not UNC, not any of these other weak *** teams we play.

Jimmy was saddled with Schnelly assistants he didn’t get along with, lost a lot of close games, and faced an extremely tough schedule.

And who says Jimmy is typical for a coach who starts 8-5 anyway?

It is depressing. It’s UNC. UNC. Mack Brown couldn’t win at Texas save for a once in a lifetime QB NOT following Mack’s plan. We can’t be concerned about UNC. We are the U. 5 time champs.

Assistants who literally won the national title the previous season? I mean, if you want to play that game, Manny is saddled with a team that hasn't won **** in 15+ years.

A coaching staff doesn’t work well if the assistants don’t get along with the head coach. It doesn’t matter how good the assistants are.

And the 1983 Miami team was hardly an impressive national title team . They lost by 25 points to UF and barely beat ECU. They were only a normal national championship team if you compare them to other early 1980s champions. (1980 UGA with 10,000 ridiculous wins , 1982 PSU with that ridiculous McCloskey "catch" well out of bounds, 1984 BYU winning the NC in the Holiday Bowl.)

You obviously dont know anything relevant about football. Flaming posters for being worried about UNC and now you have to eat crow. Next time you are tempted to mock to someones prediction of a FUTURE event, do yourself a favor- remember this.
