The defender that hit him was the second guy - he was running at Langham and lowered his head.

That play was 10x worse than the one they tossed Michael Jackson on.

The official expert they had on the broadcast stated it was incidental contact and he did not appear to launch at him using the crown of the helmet. This was said before the call was made. If it had been one of our guys we would have been fine with the call.
 
Jackson’s and Bandy’s hits weren’t as bad at that. Doesn’t matter tho even if Miami scores that drive they weren’t winning.
 
I thought I understood targeting but apparently I don't.

I really don't understand how you can run full speed at a player, leave your feet, hit him in the helmet with your helmet, give the guy a concussion (the entire reason targeting was installed)...

And yet it was not targeting.

Not getting it at all.
