That was a home game, it is easy to blow someone out when the crowd gets behind you. When is the last time we beat much less blew out an elite team on the road? Probably the best road win we can point to over the last few years was UF last year, and that was obviously misleading since there was no tape on Cam at that point. Pitt was a good win but obviously they were frauds with an inflated record. Best case game script for this game is an SMU-like game where we win the coin flips this time and squeeze out a win.

If we need these clips to get up for a road playoff game on an SEC campus, we already lost.

I am not worried about our defense being triggered on Saturday.

It's not all about getting up game day. Most of it is in prep, where the amount of time and effort put in is more variable.

Its that extra 30 mins of film prep when youre tired af.

Working out on your own an extra hour longer than whats reasonbly expected.

It's a tiny bit of extra juice when youre exhausted and can't get subbed. If it gives you an extra 5%... bulletin board material does its job.

Now is about the time they find out teams like Missouri, and all the other average SEC teams, are vastly overrated. Ask the Gators about our D. At least their coaches were honest. What was it the coach said, better trench play than they have seen in the SEC for years? Yeah, we're sneaking up on them big time.

I am good with them using any extra edge to get it done. That said, our fans are soft for even considering these comments "trash talk" coming from fans and a team that historically coined the phrase.

Im more tired of SEC this, SEC that talk. Would love to put that narrative to bed by smacking them. I’m more annoyed by that narrative than a couple of their guys talking nonsense.
