TAMU OL Not Worried About Bain, They Will Handle Him

Honestly it’s not like he said anything really. He basically said Haven’t watched him, he may be good but we are good too… really a nothingburger. It’s always funny cause you can spin any answer these guys give tbh. Like they’re never gunna say they’re gunna get their *** beat.

But this guy is A&M highest graded player and has like a ridiculous 96 PFF pass blocking grade. It’s their RG and RT who have allowed most of their pressure and gotten called for most of their penalties. This dude has been great in pass pro for them. Run blocking may be a different story though.
He’s lying though. We played ND Week 1. A&M played ND Week 3. You mean to tell me he didn’t watch our game against them to prepare for ND at all?

Of course he’s seen Bain. Not to the level he’s seeing him now, to prepare for him himself, but they saw the film.

He watched ND’s D Line. Not Miami’s.

I was referring to Week 3. I doubt that he watched Miami’s DL in Week 3. A&M’s DL watched Bain in Week 3.
I know what you’re referring to. And in my post I specifically said that he did not see Bain “to the level he is seeing him now, to prepare for him himself.”

I’m contending that he likely didn’t see Bain at all in Week 3 but I digress. Maybe I just misunderstood your response to the other other poster.

No worries. I think we’re on the same page and we both understand that he wasn’t studying Bain’s film in Week 3.

I’m just saying I think the kid is full of it when he says he’s never seen him. He’s acting like he’s never heard of Bain before, but he obviously watched that game. That’s all.

Zuhn's graded out pretty well this year. I watched him a ton against Simmons because I love Simmons as a prospect.
I would say Simmons and Bain are a little different though. Simmons a little more speed off the edge where Bain can straight rag doll guys and has more power.

We want a motivated, rested Bain. This is a win-win. I’m expecting another performance akin to what we saw against ND.
