Looks like Terry was correct. Norvell did not reach out to each player 1 on 1. He just sent a text to the whole team. It was the players reaching out to their coach after the text message. No telling how many did. What a misleading POS!!! Here's his response in an attempt to do cleanup about an hour ago.

I saw a copy of one sent out. It had the kids first name in the opening sentence
