My takeaways;
1. Offense is going to score this weekend for sure. We need efficiency in early innings though as later on in games we can’t depend on hitting top end bullpen arms.
2. Starting rotation for me isn’t as scary as some make it. Quality quality arms in AJ,Lazaro, Robert, and Derias. Now; who would I throw? Aj, Evans, Derias with Collera as emergency. We’ve seen Derias be wild but who knows. Maybe the kid can turn it around when facing a rival and building momentum to conference.
3. STAY HEALTHY!! We have depth but we can’t rely on so many young guys against top arms. This weekend was great but i’m excited to see how these young guys perform when Mark Light is full to capacity.

Agree on all points. The staff has stuff to compete but they seem to be a little wild at times still early in the season…

Big take away is there seems to be a lot of quality bats on this team with a lot of pop from the youngsters… JD has a good team very excited for this season
