Richt is turning us into a de facto sec team... Which is a good thing

Despite our personal feelings and opinions we aren't fussing over Trash anymore we are arguing admit top tier issues.

Its about to get real fellas

Pay attention to who is here and who is rumored.... These things are unprecedented here

I've been taking a step back and analyzing how freaking awesome things are going. A lot has come to light from our previous staff were so mediocre.

I agree. I mentioned this in a thread I started that was to the effect of; Richt will model UM after the SEC...big athletic defensive lines that wreak havoc ..big strong fast running backs...elite S&C program...which is gonna be a good thing.

Solid work in that Michigan V Miami coaching thread.

Can we please just start destroying teams like duke and GT year in and year out so we can stop hearing their cry baby coaches wine about ****. Just blow them out and so the only thing they can wine about is running up the score.

LMAO
Harbaugh is a helluva coach. But i still have my reservations.

Definitely a Top 10 coach arguably top 5. Really similar to Coach Richt, has to win a chip to move into that Top Top Tier with Urban and Nick.

I think that Miami will win one b4 Michigan only because he plays Urban EVERY season. I think until MSU gets a better style on Offense he'll beat them more than lose to them.

Where as Jameis MADE jimbo, and now we're on the up and up. Jimbo will go back to above average and we dont play clemson every year. It seems we will be on level with top programs as far as caliber of players so I think we have a clearer path than Michigan.

All in all Harbaugh and Richt have to stop choking (lack of a better word) away the occasional head scratcher. Both are a half a notch under meyer and saban

Tier 1
Saban, Meyer

Tier 1A
Richt,Harbaugh.Briles,Patterson,Gundy,Dantonio,Swinney( i don't know Dabo's specially as a technician though), *Miles

Harbaugh is apparently kicking *** in recruiting SFL... We need a full year of recruiting under Richt to start to see where we stand again.

There is still a fly in the ointment. Miami needs to relax admissions a bit to compete at the SEC level, IMO.

Lol @ kicking *** in SFL, how many commits does he have from there?

If he does it right, he'll make an SEC team, in the middle of the best recruiting in the country. Most kids want to stay home.

Richt is in the same tier as Jim Harbaugh?

Let's relax.
Really?
How is Richt not in the same tier as Harbaugh? Career stats and winning pct not enough what about all the kids he put in the league?

Wow. Battered wide syndrome or inferiority complex?

You are forgetting the biggest part of being an SEC school - the lack of holdups (or standards) in admissions. Do you really believe this is going to happen at Miami?

If you asked every college AD in the country who they'd rather have, Richt or Harbaugh, 100% of them would choose Harbaugh. Richt is a fine coach, but not on Harbaughs level.

Harbaugh
Meyer
Saban
