Tailgating without a NC ticket..

All over social media that people won't be allowed to tailgate without tickets to the game. CFP accounts have even posted it as well. (along with also posting it was allowed, clear as mud).

I see zero way to enforce this. Are we sure we will get through to lots without having to show tickets? Also, no rent-a-cops riding around on golf carts once kick-off starts asking folks watching on TV's for proof of ticket.

Wife & couple friend are staying out and tailgating during game. Don't want there to be a cluster F situation. I'm the DD home and don't need them to be asked to leave mid-game.

Need CIS advice. Boy am I desperate.

Wait. I understood it to be that you can’t park in those lots without a game ticket and parking pass. Are they not allowing others to walk in and tailgate?

No idea. That's why I am asking. (image is huge but I'm not resizing).

Can’t find the original article & link. Just by browsing a few minutes found these. It just seems crazy to me. Has anyone else looked into this?

Just tell them you're Lamp and you're a frequent Premium porster on CIS and all should be good.
 
@DMoney can you use your ESPN powers/connects and get on the phone with their CEO or President Trump & see what the deal is?!

I tried to explain this part of message boards to my wife last night. It was hilarious. She was like so these guys you meet up with would just know you by “LAMP”?

Puzzled. Yep. Why LAMP?

Well in 2004 when I made my poster name Anchorman was in theatres and I didn’t realize handles were permanent. Etc etc. Haha We all need help.

Clearly, the CFP is led by the same geniuses who took years to figure out potential NIL rules, and then punted once the (non-NIL) Supreme Court case was issued.

I am on the Same boat, bought a parking pass after the ole miss game and now I am told I need a game ticket. If anyone needs a yellow lot parking pass let me know. I am selling it. Thanks. GO CANES!!

I was on the fence about flying down just to tailgate but ultimately decided against it. But this ******* sucks
 
I have been attending games at Hardrock (land shark, Joe Robbie, w.e you want to call it) my entire life. If there’s is one thing I know, especially since they reduced parking capacity with the added tennis courts, is the boots on the ground directing parking are untrained and lost. They couldn’t handle the ND game, they couldn’t handle the Florida game. This will be a **** show and there is almost no way they will handle checking tickets.

This is how this will go :

If you show up early enough, yes they will be strict. It will be slower and they will check. But once 2pm comes around and it’s a complete and utter **** show, they won’t have the resources to check everyone in your cars tickets. How would they even make you turn around if you don’t have a ticket? The traffic jam created by trying to enforce this will make it so that it’s not in enforced

They are saying this publicly in an effort to limit the number of tailgate only folks, but there’s no way this will actually be enforced effectively.

You’re right they’ll try. I’m getting there early but I have a ticket but once it gets busy no way they can enforce it
