I worked on the construction of their weight room/indoor practice facility.

Always hated their weight room. No mirrors and pretty plain.

They don't have an indoor practice facility, but one is in the works. So consider me confused.

Yes they are the last SEC school without an indoor practice facility. After talking with a friend of mine that is a Georgia booster. The politics of this indoor facility was a major part of why Richt was fired.

He told me that their 2 biggest boosters basically will be putting up a huge percentage of the cost to build the indoor facility, but their stipulation was that Richt had to be fired. Prez fired him...they're getting their facility. Alot of the boosters loved Richt and wanted him to stay.

Their practice facility was announced at the end of August. Not saying you have false sources, but wouldn't did that mean Richt was gone before the season even started?

Could be false...He said that they were the 2 biggest boosters and they wanted him gone. Maybe they put pressure on the Prez later, and being that they were a large portion of the $$ he had to listen.
