These pro players all have better S&C coaches on their NFL teams with personalized regimes to do in the offseason. They don't need Swasey for anything other than a good comfort level guy to shoot the **** with and to spot them on heavy lifts. That's about it. They like him personally, which is why they wanted him back, not because he was a STUD S&C coach.

Thats not what they say tho. They say they rather train with swaysey. I dont dont want back either but whether you like it or not tens of nfl pro bowlers stand by swaysey

No, not true at all. They did Swasey's program and it wasn't just former Miami players there either. Some pretty prominent NFL players trained with him as well. They like Swasey because he trains them like their still in college. Most NFL programs emphasize injury prevention and injury prevention alone.
 
My eyes don't lie.. Look at UM vs Clemson or FSU they look live JV playing the Varsity squad. This hire is just as important as any offensive or defensive coordinator.
