Superbowl/Wade Phillips proves point about using motion on offense.

I'm not an expert but I'd rather have JT4 in motion, even occasionally, or stacked for cleaner releases and a handful of shots against a S than standing like a statue before EVERY snap....

You're talking about two Super Bowl caliber NFL teams. I just want us to beat up on middle-of-the-road ACC teams.
 
Please don't compare the defenses we will face in the ACC to those run by two of the best defensive play callers in NFL history.

At our level of play, motion absolutely helps the route concepts and your quarterbacks ability to identify the opportunity.
 
My thoughts are that if motion tips off the coverage, it's all gravy. As was stated earlier, motion is about two things (there could be more): free releases and leverage/angles. By using proper angles; out leveraging the defense; and causing even the slightest amount of hesitation or indecision, the offensive personnel will gain a decided advantage. This is true at all levels of football
