I’m in Louisville and just going to log off here and support the boys and hope we can chip away at this lead

Thank goodness it’s a 3 game series, you’d think it was a 1 game series with the comments here

I’ve said since day 1 this team lacked talent, we need a major influx of talent for next season, but I’m still going to support them as far as it goes this season.

I’m just saying if a reliever comes in and hits that shot the hate for JD is even worse than what actually happened. You aren’t in a Winning scenario with like bases loaded having already given up 2 bombs so early in the game

Far from new…

Completely different postseason formats. Baseball back doored into a 64 team tourney. Football fell flat but was the first or second team left out of a 12 team playoff.

This baseball team has been overmatched and outclassed countless times. Football team? Not so much… always competitive and talent wise the same or better than the opponent.

Try again.

And when our pitcher makes a JV-level throw and we're out of the inning, that reliever has to sit. Then you would have him get up again in the 3rd.

It’s 4-1 best case scenario even if you yanked Ciscar when I say was perfect timing. I said it live and in hindsight it was true (IMO). We didn’t manage it that way so it’s a pointless argument.

Not saying it wins the game or anything because obviously it doesn’t. I’d argue the pen should have been going for a while with how he was getting barreled. But Ciscar had no chance of regrouping after that error.

That actually works against you. The baseball team had to earn their way into the top 16.

If it works that way, fine. They had Evans throwing in the pen for 2.5 innings last week.
