What did Gary Burghoff ever do to you?
Gotta laugh today - send it to the Canes dugout.

Yeah, TT has a new billionaire who just happened to be a former player for TT’s football team, as well.

My frat used to play w Mahomes at TT, & we were talking about the WCWS; he said their collective is about to try to make TT a power in every sport w/ their funding plan.
Sounds about right….my stepdad was the baseball coach at Dumas HS in Dumas Tx. A little town in N.Texas and those kids in all the sports looked like they played for a big college team.I mean My Stepdad had mega money to spend. Their field house looked as good as a college one.

Crazy the money they have not just from oil but natural gas as well.

Man, their guys throw hard but we usually hit FBs. Canes are not seeing the ball well for whatever reason.

Isn’t Miami supposed to putting a softball team together…
Rad *promised us a softball team and then hired JD (after he was steaming mad when Gino lost in the regional, lol), so maybe this is all we get...

*(I am sure someone will get all semanticy telling us differently)

Good news in this is if Forbes is as good as Louisville has then maybe Miami has some sort of chance well if they can stop swinging at pitches over their heads.

100% correct.

Hence, Texas, SMU, Texas A&M, & now Tech have zero reasons not to be good at every sport. Not only is it a breeding ground for **** good athletes, arguably in the top 3 regardless of sport, but they have a lot of F U $$ by their boosters that absolutely will do anything to see chips.

Forget about this game. That's all this team can do. It was a disaster, period. That said, you can't let this crap carry into tomorrow.

Alternatively, we have middle east money and are not broke... also a suitcase filled with IOUs

Looks like their starters are all mid 4 to 5 era’s…but so was Forbes…lol

Yeah; exactly.

I didn’t get a chance to scout UL all season, mainly b/c I typically only scout opponents we play in-season vs. the conference. It’s starting to look like their record is a bit deceiving.

They started off 2-1 to begin the season facing 3 straight Top 15 opponents.

Then went 14-2, including winning their opening ACC series 2-1 vs. Top 10 UNC.

Then struggled going 14-10 in the next 24, but they once again won another series against a top 10 team in FSU.

Ended the season going 5-7, but AGAIN, one of those 5 victories came against another top 10 team (Vandy).

So I’m wondering what happened to struggle down the stretch, but consistently beat top 15 teams throughout the season?
