Do you guys do it because you think it balances the page so as not to hurt recruiting (in your mind)? Are you just eternally optimistic people? How do completely dismiss 99% of the disaster to find the lost 1%, just to do it?

Human nature to try to look for some hope, even after a frigging disaster like last night. You have to get back up after you’ve been knocked down.
 
I'll spend the day in my dungeon of dispair.
After today, I move forward. Hope to see some changes.
Not cancelling my 5 flights to SoFla and train ride up to Boston anytime soon.
