The game was sold out but there seemed to be quite a few empty seats - any reason(s) why?

Also, just wanted to point out that in the UM Athletic Dept suite in the East Endzone there were plenty of U*** shirts - WTF?

@BrodyLogan @AlligatorArmy it was a sellout. Apparently it was an epic tailgate bc many didnt make it in, including many in 12,500 UF seats.

Have you ever set foot on campus? Or attended any event at the BUC? Or know anything about Coral Gables' ordinances? It took yrs for the city of CG to allow US to even open our all the seats in our own **** on-campus basketball arena. The footprint for an on-campus stadium and parking just won't work. Our best bets:

1. move into Orange Bowl II after the Marlins move
2. get a nice lil stadium built 8 miles away in Tropical Park
3. quit yer *****ing and go to the games, a packed stadium makes for a good experience regardless

FAU is a state school with public funding. Plus, they have hundreds of acres of land. Their stadium is the same as the beer can UCF calls home, only with an open end zone. Maybe $30-$40 million to build.

Game was not sold out. UM Athletic Dept. held back a lot of seats for season ticket holders trying to force people who wanted tickets for Florida to buy season seats.

Most of the unused seats I saw were in the West Endzone corners that are normally tarped off.

At any given time on a hot day like yesterday, a good chunk of people don't stay in their seats.
