Anyone know Victor Oladipo connection to UM? He was out there working out today. Seems like he is rehabbing.

Sean was a Good BB player...Saw him throw down Windmill Dunks in 2003 in the practice Gym...Yep when I was in school I’d see Raja bell regularly, and Alonzo. Lol rappers would come for pick up games, and former canes. Sean Taylor was on campus all the time after he went to the NFL.
Theres far too many names to mention but especially when lebron and a.d are in town it's a who's who. They always try to get me on the court with them but I ain't getting embarrassed like that. They ain't getting on our field and I ain't getting on they court.John wall a frequent visitor for basketball
Some of the nastiest farts I’ve ever heard have come from squats

Hmm, actually the best throw ups...
Once did an early morning workout squats. 3x20 at 200lbs. At 200 lbs. Full reps *** to heal.
Did not realize yet, I also got food poisoning from old beef the night before.. broke college years.
Ended up on the shatter with a bucket between my legs pucking my effin guts out.
It was a rough day after.
And I have thrown up from them **** squats alone. Hitting about 400lbs. I am nearly
6 foot 3 and lean. No juice and white

Thats why I rarely, if ever eat Seafood outside of my home...Here in Orlando...its either Lombardi's Fresh Seafood or nothing...If you had food poisoning, you’re lucky you didn’t shlt yourself during the squats... I had some bad fish once, and it was coming out both ends for about 12 hours at least

Too funny, but seriously, laws of nature bruh! Create enough force on an object, and it’s bound to move. It’s the most common position for easy bowel movement in the third world. They don’t have the gold plated, plush-cushioned constipation/hemorrhoid causing commodes we have. These actually are healthy for your lower abdominal muscles. On purpose?
Or Assidental?
@OriginalCanesCanesCanes I got so Sick from Seafood back in the 80s...(Shellfish) that I thought I was gonna Die...Lol...I loathe Oysters...but Love Mussels...and Clams...but F around and eat a Bad Oyster/s...and you'll wish you were Dead....Yea man. It’s not the only time I’ve had food poisoning, but it was definitely the absolute worst. You almost reach a point when you’re in the middle of it where you’re thinking a double tap to the head might be a viable release from the misery.
The other side of it is once it’s done, you realize how having good health is so fortunate and feels so good.
