The personnel management on defense was the worst I've ever seen.
I know, I know, the DC is ultimately responsible. But how does it actually work?
Who decides to who to put and when? Do the DL, DB and linebacker coaches decide on their on units? Is there someone on the sidelines who coordinates the movements?
