Going for broke today ehh?

Why don't you turn the electronics off while you are ahead.
LOL man. Nah, I don't mind getting some push back. I did misread the OP so it's all good.

Also judging by the reactions I'm not exactly ahead in this thread.

You do CrossFit don't you ? :rk5i6fxwjlgev5j6.jpg::rk5i6fxwjlgev5j6.jpg:

Its all good no harm just telling how some of the players were when i facetimed my people
Got it. I'm glad they're excited to go put in the work.

As for the hurt feelings by many (not you) I stand by what I said in my other posts.

I respectfully disagree, or maybe I don't even disagree . Basically I'm saying when you do a farmer's carry and your forearm feels like it's on fire and it may explode that's not fun. Having stronger forearms is "fun" though . Personally I enjoy benching and rows for example but hate bicep work, I do bicep work because the biceps are stabilizers during my bench . The fun for me is feeling stronger not necessarily doing the bicep supersetsfor example . That's just me though.

Semantics, but the deltoids are muscle stabilizers during a bench press. And your lats control the downward motion

Absolutely , no argument there. The biceps also act as stabilizers though.

"Biceps Brachii. The biceps are on the front of the arm, opposite of the triceps, and normally help bend the elbow. Since the weight you use in the bench press is bending your elbow for you, the biceps play a stabilizing role by controlling the weight as you lower it towards your chest."
