Streaming Canes baseball games question

First of all, haven’t been this excited for a Hurricanes baseball season in a long time. Can’t wait for Friday.
So last year I was able to watch a lot of games on the Watch ESPN app. This was obviously pre ACC Network. Does anybody know if I will still be able to watch games that are not on ACC Network that way? I have DirecTV if that makes a difference

I've been watching Canes baseball online since roughly '08 and it's basically a nightmare. There's probably subjection to regional coverage, and I think you should be able to watch ACCN games on ESPN. Some OOC games might also be broadcast on the home or conference website of the opponent.

Also have DirecTV so happy to exchange tips.

If you get ACCN in your package, you’ll be able to stream all the games on the ESPN app with the exception of the road midweek games and a couple of games that will air on regional TV from the Va Tech series (even those if you don’t live in an ACC market). If you don’t get ACCN, you’ll only be able to see a handful of games.
