All that **** is in the past bruh,Butch is washed. If he was as good as everybody here seems to currently think, he would have been a legit candidate at some of these other schools when they had openings.

Idk who the next guy should be. But there are hungrier, younger , and less washed candidates out there and that I’m sure of.
 
I still get the decision, though, as we were still on probation at the time of Richt’s hiring. Butch had somewhat of a bad reputation with what happened at UNC, his fault or not.
But I think we’re in the clear now

I've met MR and in my opinion he is not a true leader. I've met Butch Davis and he is a true Leader, so is Saban, Meyer, Dan Mullen. Do you guys remember when our Administration interviewed Dan Mullen for our current head coaching position? Read the info from back then, They thought he was too ****y!! Look at what he has done at UF in his first year!! News flash UM Admin, true Leaders are GD ****y. Look at Saban, Meyer, etc. Saban will never go to Haven but he sure will surely take several National Championship rings with him to ****!

News flash Al Golden and Mark Richt. When your Team does not do well, it is not their fault. It is yours. That's how true Leaders handle adversity.

I've met and spoken to Butch Davis. In his eyes you see true Leadership, passion for football, passion for UM, passion for the city of Miami, passion for UM fans, passion for south Florida kids, begging for a chance to finish things right at UM.. So what went wrong with his interview at UM? Was he also too GD ****y?

Our Administration keeps stepping on its own ****s and not feeling the pain. When are we going to learn from the basic principles of our World- What works? What doesn't work and what do we need to do to improve our Football Program!

Some of us are either just incompetent or unable to learn from history.

The pain and anguish are just too unbareable for me. May be, just maybe I just love the U too much. A **** of a lot more than the UM Admin that keeps making these stupid mistakes every 3-4 years.

Glad to meet another old guy on here.The Mira’s were neighbors of mine growing up.

Like you I’ve been through the bad,the very bad,the good and the great times.

But over the last 15 years the people put in charge to make this program what it once was has made nothing but bad decisions mostly made with money in mind.

This football team put this university on the map.Built a lot of those fancy buildings on campus.But I’m not so sure they want to be the Miami of old.I think they are happy to be decent and every hire is made with keeping the program clean and decent.Why else would they continue to bring in coaching staffs that can get this program back to only decent.Nothing more just decent.

I was hoping this new President WANTED us to be more than decent.That he wanted us to be the “U”.I guess we shall soon see what his intentions are because if he is watching this shtshow that MR is putting out there and he wants us to be the “U” again he will step in and make our idiot AD demand changes.If we go into next year with the status quo I guess we will have our answer.

If we had Butch Davis the football God we'd have at least 5 of those 17.

Instead. We get year over year of ********* to the point where we are forced to watch Malweak Dozier for the rest of this season.
