It's all about recognizing a "True Leader" which Jimmy Johnson was and still is. When you hear coaches blame their players, that in it of itself reveals a total lack of ownership, responsibility and Leadership. Hey MR, when your specialty Teams suck, It's your fault, when your offensive line sucks, it's your fault, when your QBs suck, it's your fault Bro. ******* look at yourself in the mirror and first fix you Bro, be a real man, then your Team or walk the **** away and let another person take over.

1) the way he left Miami for Cleveland;

2) the Ghost of Paul Dee still haunts him (HATED him for #1 and made him pay further while at NCAA re: UNC);

3) Miami still smarting from midget Shapiro mess combined with way Davis was forced out of UNC.

So other than those steamer trunks of baggage he carries wrt Miami program, I'm sure they are calling him right now, "Hi Butch, Blake here. Can we let bygones be bygones?"

Maybe a good coach but the administration can’t/won’t go back to a coach that left them. Your wife leaves u and gets remarried its the end of that move on
 
Of every 100 different people you meet every day, 85 are followers, 10 should get the **** out of the way, 4 are Leaders but only 1 is a true Leader. Those are the facts people and a lot of people at UM Admin and on this board belong in the first two categories.

A lot of you guys just do not understand about the importance of and the qualities required to be a true Leader to lead a Team.

We need a innovative guy who adapts to his talent on offense......an elite guy who doesnt stay the same.....an elite recruiter elite eye for talent........whoever this guy is because we wont know him till he rapes that will be the guy who will bring Miami back. We all have names and we all wont know who that guy is so alot of the fans (including myself) want the guy that we know has the best eye for talent and a closer and thats Butch. A huge reason why alot of us want him besides his dynasty he built is because we dont trust this administration to get it right.....so go with what we know. This is why we want Butch part of it.

Also a guy who can go up against Saban and win multiple battles against him, in sfla he should bat 75% against the SEC for elite talent no matter the position. Until we see that guy we will be irrelevant as we have been.
 
UM reminds me so much of the Dolphins. Do you think Adam Gase is a true Leader? **** NO. Got news for you guys, Payton Manning was the OC of the Broncos people!

Again, we need a Leader. A Leader that can lead our Team, a Leader that will fix things, a Leader our players trust and will go to battle with him every day, a Leader that will find a way to win, no matter the obstacles encountered, a Leader that believes in the UM!

we have to find the next urban meyer, enough of hiring good guys. We need a gangsta that isnt stuck in his ways adapts and has a modern day mind of the spread.
