Stoutland Available

Stoutland won't be allowed to come back to Miami. He was implicated in the Shapiro mess when he was here at Miami.

I'm not sure of the findings, but I'm sure the university will not want him back.

wonder if that pos Shalala gets a free pass? People think she left on her own are delusional . As soon as she left we're willing to pay big money for coaches .

Funny though our OL wasn't all that with him here.....

They were slow, fat, out of shape......

Hmmmmm

Yet he was good enough for Nick Saban and Chip Kelly.

You take him.

Actually he was let go from Alabama soon as the shapiro news broke

Dead wrong.

Also, there is a reason Saban brought him back in the fold at Alabama after having seen the guy's chops at Michigan State.

Sure, he had a trash operation to work for at UM, but he did pretty **** well for what he had at his disposal. As to the ****piro stuff, I could care less. Such activity goes on DAILY with major contenders.

We are so self righteous and out of touch with reality as a fan base it is scary. We want to be alter boys and win at the highest level.

It has nothing to do with our fanbase being pious, it has more to do with the reality that UM will never re-hire someone who was too close to
Shapiro.
You're not thinking through this entirely if you think UM doesn't care about this.

Show me where I said anything about UM?! Maybe your not thinking through my post.

Again, I...one more time, I, could care less.

I also remember the mantra those like yourself constantly spewed...

"UM will NEVER come out of pocket for a top end coach."

The socialist era at UM is over, at least for the time being. If UM continues the Shalala apologizing for the past and continues to fall on the sword for an organization that targeted them, broke their own rules in investigating UM and then stalled a decision....well...no amount of great coaching will likely get us to the top of the mountain.

I'm not endorsing cheating in recruiting....I'm endorsing encouraging a supportive booster base as Richt has done for 15 years at UGA, then pulling back to campus to comply fully with all NCAA regulations.

Oh, and as to Stout...I was just saying he was good here for what he had to work with and would be good with Richt..not that UM would hire him again.

UM

No one, not even you knew what this admin was going to do regarding salary till it happened. It was an unknown. It's easy and most did nail shalala for being the main issue on why we ended up with 3 very bad hires.

Stoutland's O-line produced one of the top rushing seasons in UM history. The guy then went on to coach at Alabama and the NFL.

He's no good though. But then we turn around and wanna hire a bunch of unproven guys cause they played football at UM. lol

I tell you this board we could hire Saban as DB coach and some peoplw would bring up how some of his corners flame out
