STOP WITH THE ROSIER HATING

Nickster, below average QB, lack of RB to open up the game and pound, injuries all over the field (Walton, Ahmon, Herndon), and Offensive line that gets over played and you want an OC? Get real! There is so much more than needing an OC!

I have no issues with Rosier. The kid doesn't complain and tries to win games. Sure he isn't that talented, but he is giving it everything he's got.

I appreciate what Malik did for us this year, but he hit his ceiling mid-season and has regressed ever since. We're not beating Clemson with him taking snaps. I don't see a 5th year Sr who thinks he has a chance to keep his starting job transferring, so he needs to work on holding one of these and helping Kosi and Williams develop.

He can do that for someone else next year. Just not us

You guys still don't get it. Why was our QB competition basically set a few weeks before our first game? If Rosier was that **** good it would have been decided a long time ago. I mean have you guys seen Evan in action. The wildcat is because Richt doesn't want Evan or Rosier throwing passes but Perry ain't ready.

You keep saying motion. Rosier can't even handle the plays we give him now. Throwing on the run? It's been reported by several people that Evan was actually better at throwing on the run than Rosier, what the fack does that tell you all?

We look out of rythm because our OC has no confidence in our offense (Rosier). Until we get someone who can do the proper reads, extend the play without throwing stupid picks, it's going to be a mash up of trying to get something to work to limit the other team.

This bashing of Rozier has to stop. It's not like he's trying to be bad. He is what he is. He doesn't give up and gives maximum effort despite his limitations. We just have to get better, not just at QB but at OL, and DL, and DB and ...

so would almost ever non power 5 talented qb, its like a dream come true, hes not good enough to start at west florida, but is starting at Miami.

He not good enough to start here. Perry came here 2 months before the season... go ask FSU what it looked like with a QB starting there with 2 months on campus.

It was either the mobile but erratic inaccurate Rosier or the noodle arm Sheriffs who gets his pass battled at the LOS 5 out of 6 times even at 6'5.

he was the best option for Miami in 2017, doesn't mean he wouldn't have sat the bench at Mars Hills though

The goal line play calls in the 4th quarter told me everything I needed to know: MR flat out does not trust Malik with the ball and that limited his play calling. Could MR be more creative? Yes. But, does Malik limit your creativity? Absolutely. And, if our o-line blocks that **** LB, Malik scores. That dude went thru 2 blockers. I’m praying that N’Kosi is the real deal. Love rosier for this season, he played his heart out but his limitations are painfully obvious. He still can’t lead his WRs on a post route

This. Richt is so scared to put the game in Rosier's hands.

If I see one more idiot post something about a motion or jet sweep as if those things make a good OC or would solve our problems. I hate this board after a loss. Any half decent QB would have won us the game with the current plays! The plays are there to be made!

Rosier is the benefactor of the circumstances. If you recall Richt supposedly told him he would never start for him. That is until
Richt realized he did not have anyone else behind him. This Spring Richt will probably tell him the same thing. Difference being he will have some options behind him.

Watching the game from the endzone gave me a different perspective. There were wide open guys for first downs he just didn't look like. There way a play where he threw outside for a real **** pass on third down, while homer slipped out completely unnoticed right in front of him. If he looks slightly to the left, it was a 15-20 yard play pretty easily, and at worst was a first down.

Agree 100%. Everyone chalking it up to having subpar QB play is missing the point. The QB problem will be solved. My main concern is our OC because last year we forced this terrible offense on a 3 year starter. It was embarrasing to watch Kaaya run the zone read last year 10- 15 times a game. Of course this offense would look much better with Deshaun Watson at the helm but if you need a once in a generation type player to run an efficient offense you are going to end up being fired. Look at our 3rd conversion #'s, they've been abysmal for two seasons, when we need it most Richt has been unable to draw up or call the right play that creates an advantage for our offense.

Not sure this would look any better with Watson if the OL is still this bad... Richt put Rosier in some almost impossible situations last night. As mentioned earlier, two wildcat runs on 1st/2nd and goal. Earlier in the game, did almost the same thing and brings Rosier back in on 3rd and 10. Should actually let Dallas throw it once or twice to at least give the defense something to think about. He has a QB in HS.

he ran two wild cats bc he didnt want or trust rosier making a throw in the end zone. if we weren't gonna run it in, we were going for the points.
