That's why I'm sure you don't get paid to think. A lot of people have said mark was more aggressive but golden held back to help the offense and because he liked the bend don't break method. Not saying that he is good just would have been marginally better. I'm happy that we got rid of the whole disaster as much as anyone.

That defense improved so much after Golden left. Only let UNC score fifty-... oh wait..

Unc was much better then us last year. Their roster was better and their play was better. They were better then FSU as well. Not talent wise but played better through out the season. Honestly idk what you guys thought last year. We were an 8-4 team and thats how we finished. Not the 10 win and coastal yall all were predicting. We are a 9 win team this year and if we win 10 or more it will be because we played above our level.

We found the one dope who thinks we didn't underachieve last year.

With the players we had. And the coaches coaching them. Honestly i thought it would be a 6 win, maybe 7 win year and loss in a bowl. Which happened. Golden getting fired improved this team by a good margin. So yea im the dope.

Yea and you will see what those players will do playing to their strengths. What did they do here, At this U. Dorsett had 19 yard per catch and wasn't a 1000 yard receiver. Was Coley bad. Yea. But Al is a know micro managing prick. How many players have you heard bash D'noforio and how many bash Golden. Its alot to alil i can say that.

Yet our average recruiting ranking the past four years was practically tied with Clemson for 11th. (With us in the lead) The reason the talent looks so low on this team is they've had terrible coaching. I'm not saying we have a top five team but if your recruiting classes average around 11th, you should be in the top 25. UNC has good coaching.

I agree. I'm not saying he could coach kids up either tho. I'm just saying his schemes were more aggressive then what golden liked and held him back. Look at temple and he was more aggressive bit for some reason golden was cool with that. Also idk for sure but over the last four years a lot of kids have left or just played out of position so that ranking doesn't tell half the story of this team. I haven't been this excited for a UM teams in years. If we maximize our talent that 10 wins gets really really attainable.

But...but... why didn't he retain Swasey and Kehoe? Those 2 are the heart and soul of UM football. What about Ice, Beard, and whatever other HS coaches Golden hired?

What about Kehoe? Is he completely unemployed again? Is he having to go to Subway to get phone reception again?

Kehoe couldn't even get a job at a boys and girls club when he got fired the 1st time. And people on here seriously dispute that he's a terrible offensive line coach. Cristobal is not a good offensive line coach himself, but he was manna and quail when he replaced Kehoe in 2006.
