Imagine practicing in 95 degree heat index in a helmet and pads..and having a problem with wearing a mask when in public..if it’s the team’s policy it should be a non issue
No issue with the team holding themselves accountable in whatever manner, but stay out of other people's business around campus.
And if you absolutely must confront someone or take action, then do it as a human being and level with them instead of snapping a photo and running away. I mean after all, if you're scared of their droplets just stay 6 feet away.
Every Karen story begins when someone injects themselves into the life of another instead of minding their own affairs.
If 2020 has taught us anything then I guess I already know the answer to this; but do people really want to live in a society where public shaming and policing is the appropriate response wherever there's perceived injustice?
Look at how easily groups of angry people can rip apart Michigan Avenue. All because a much smaller group surrounded some cops after a shooting and became irritated.
There's rampant group-think out there right now and the last thing we need are more cowards with phones in their hand running to twitter, or to their head coach, with pics of the bad people being ***** and exercising their white privilege.
It isn't about wearing a mask. It's about teaching young adults to tell on their fellow classmates.
