Stop Hiring "Miami Guys" and stop trying to Emulate Georgia

It's so utterly absurd that Miami is the only school in the country that zeroes in on former Alumni/Coaches from the Glory Days when it's failed time and time again. Especially a dude that went too High School with several prominent boosters.

We need to start focusing on the best X's and O's coaches in the country and stop trying to be Georgia when we clearly can't bankroll it. Mario without Ruiz is Manny Diaz level recruiting, just have to face the facts that high level kids don't care about Relationships as much and getting 4am Text Messages from the "Hardest Worker in the Building" and the "Most Tireless Recruiter". Money talks and Money Walks

We need to hire from the Briles/Dykes Trees especially the ones from the South. **** I'd rather kick the can with Lashlee if he develops well in the next season or 2. At least our offense would be outscheming people for once

The fact he still owed $72 million on his contract is all that matters right now when discussing who to hire, fire or emulate is concerned.

What he means, is that it isn’t worth talking about right now, because of his contract. He’s going to be our coach for the foreseeable future, so he’ll revisit this topic in 5-6 years. He’s not talking about waiting that long to see whether or not Mario a good coach. The book on Mario’s coaching ability will be written, and read, by then. By year 3, a good coach has shown progress, a great coach is challenging for conference titles or playoff spots.

- Hired DC Randy Shannon from Failed Regime
- Hired Mark Richt after he retired and was going into Preaching (Best Coach by Far)
- Hired Manny Diaz DC from a failed regime after he already took the Temple Job (No HC Experience)
- Hired The Head Coach who went to high school with half of the BOT after the BOT held the entire school hostage if he wasn't Hired, was going to retain Diaz if Cristobal wasn't Hired.
- Hired the AD after the HC....WTF
- Got Blown out by every team with a pulse, despite having a Blue Chip Ratio roster
- Can't recruit this year despite stating that recruiting is the only way he can get us out of this hole
- worst GameDay Coach by far we've had and thats saying a lot
