He’s assuming and believes that tariffs will cause inflation and slow the economy.
The next Fed chairman will lower interest rates, no mater what, and will cause runaway inflation. That’s just what happens.

I’m firmly in the camp that QE or government handouts cause inflation. Tariffs may increase wholesale prices but that likely reduces demand even if it is something as simple as bananas. Thus, no inflation is likely caused as demand declines.

Much like when they estimate revenue from new taxes, they fail to account for human behavior.

I’ve mostly stuck to buying some memecoins on Solana, but honestly picking the right ones that get noticed is tricky.
