I think at a minimum spy pulls back to 565-570 and QQQ 485-90. Mkt doesn't want any countries duration right now, which is suboptimal when ECB cutting and US and Krauts planning to spend like drunken sailors

Age & Term limits across all three branches
Deficit spending is only allowed during Congress declared wars can happen one year but can’t be over a blended 4 years.
Enforce anti trust laws
Enforce insider trading laws including Congress!

That could be another option vs deficit spending.

If Congress passed a budget that is in the negative, all those in favor have to divest themselves of all liquid investments and purchase TLT until that deficit is paid down.
