DRAM ETF?
It is just another play on data center investments.

Tesla/SpaceX will be the biggest winners in 2-4 years.

1. Terafab will out produce the rest of the world's current output of chips and DRAM.
2. Of the output from Terafab, 75% will be for starmind and 25% for Tesla robots and cars.

They hope to start producing some chips in the next 12 months. Tesla/SpaceX have never operated a Chip FAB so I suspect it will take a few years to really dial it in to mass production. Thus, I'd vote on Micron, NVidia, Intel, Sandisk... with an impact on consumer goods until at least 2030.

For you mutual fund players (50% exposure to Elon. 35% spacex and 15% tesla)
Baron funds
BPTRX
BPTUX

This is the director. You’re welcome. You’ve found another way to lose your money. :)
I kid I kid.

Expense ratio 1.65

I just moved a little of my 401k to that one.

What owns terafab?

Its a Joint Venture between SpaceX and Tesla. Initial $16B investment. Wouldn't be surprised if SpaceX owns a larger share in it though, as it is absolutely more a need for them given their AI plan. As Tesla really doesn't have as large of a need for chips given they already have their latest and next gen inference compute designed by them and set to be manufactured in the US by Samsung in Texas which will be making AI5, and already signed a $16B contract to manufacture AI6 (largest chip contract in the US I believe).... and TSMC adds to that by also manufacturing AI5 and probably AI6 too....

Keep in mind TSMC literally has announced $165-$265B for 10 fabs in Arizona. While Samsung is investing like $55B in Texas - Tesla is the anchor at that fab. Micron has announced a bunch, the biggest being the $100B facility in NY that will be 4 fabs and at the time designed to be the largest semiconductor facility in the US. They're also expanding their Idaho facility with another $30B.

And then you have Nvidia and Apple which likely are also going to be spending $100B+ in fabs in the US as well.

.... Chips act was very smart for us.
