Still feel like Tate can be an asset for us

You never know how someone plays in real games until he has a chance to consistently play in real games. Rosier had that chance. Perry had that chance. Williams had that chance. Martell has never had that chance.

yeah i mean i'm not all upset about it, just curious. there are PLENTY of dudes who are gamers, and not great in practice. not going to care much if he doesn't get the chance, just always been curious due to his athleticism.

he's a completely different QB type than jarren. would be interesting to see what a true running QB could do, we've never had that

He'll get another chance in the Spring...... Until then let's go with our best.

You earn the chance to play in real games ......its not given to you just because you're popular with some

Fact is, Miami has NEVER wanted a "true running QB".

Why would we? ........Especially with the speed we always have at WR and TE ....we need a QB that can consistently get them the ball

Anyone who's watched football for years should know that practice is not the same as games. Some shine in games, some don't and vice versa.

So why stop at Tate?

Why not give ALL of our 3rd and 4th stringers a chance to start and play long periods in games...because it would be "interesting"

Usually backups DO get real playing time at their position. Certainly ones that were 4-5 star recruits.

The ex-Ohio St. dude is " third-string QB, " and hasn't seen any action the past two games. So how do you figure your boy will make headlines for Miami now? dUh In other words, my myopic way of looking at Cane players, is Tate is a BUST! Nothing more, nothing less.
 
Tate hasn’t played because he doesn’t crack the starting line-up at QB or WR..... Not even special teams ie. Placekick holder where his passing skills could be used on trick plays or threat of a trick play...

I was hopeful we had scored a top 5 QB in America with his transfer here— but he’s a bust as evidenced by lack of playing time....

Tate Ain’t Happening...

But ****....he’s got himself a hot b*tch to stroke his manhood so he’s probably ok....
