Stephen Morris likely starter this week

Well the Titans defense has given up so its not like it'll be a challenge for him. He'll likely light them up. Titans defense isn't exactly "******". They've just loved on the field this year from a horrible offense. They also lost one of their better players in Derrick Morgan for the season like 5 weeks ago which affected their pass-rush. They've played without their best CB all year in Jason McCourty. LeBeau/Horton have done a great job with the defense and early on it was fun watching a good defense for a change and then the injuries and effort just wasn't there(been on the field all year). Their secondary is complete trash along with the offense. Morris will just have to be accurate and he'll have a pretty solid game. Won't be much of a PR unless the defense decides they actually want to play. As a Titans fan, hoping for a loss for the #1 pick:. No point in winning this game at all....

Big opportunity. Also, Gore needs 108 yards to get 1000.

Hope he gets that.

Very true. He only needs 36 yards to become 15th NFL RB to reach 12K yards too. He's had a special career.

frank gore.webp

If he plays next year, he has a great chance to end up 9th all time.

Go get em Steven! I'll be watching that one for sure. Seeing as how my Giants stopped all **** giving last Sunday after the panthers game.

StephMo has always had an NFL arm....it's his Pop Warner mind that holds him back.

With all of the injuries he had prior to the NFL, I doubt there was anyone who would've predicted his level of success.

Good opportunity for Morris and I hope he runs with it.

definately need Morris to show something this game...That alone can lead him to having a 3-4 year extended career as a back up. He's a smart kid (as far as scheme), with a big arm.....its just his in game decisions that were lacking. But kid might be able to do something..and he can link up with Dorsett, Hilton deep again...

Can you believe Charlie Whitehurst is still in the league.lol

Best of luck to Morris. Be nice to have a Miami QB play on Sundays again.

First UM QB to be on an active roster since Dorsey.

Agree on the luck part. Berlin was the last Cane QB on an active roster.

Both were last on an active roster in 08, but I believe it was Dorsey who was still active late in that season when Berin was inactive. I could be wrong though.

Dorsey was let go in Feb. 2009. Berlin somehow managed to be let go in the fall of 2009. I think Dorsey may have had last rep in game 17 but can't find when Berlin's last one was, although it too was late in 2008.
