STAY HOME NOV 3RD

Man you got to do what you got to do, but so does every fan do what they need to. Everyone associated with program disappointed with losing 3 games this year, but if Canes playing and I can make it down there I will be there. A little harder flying down from Atlanta but will be there Thursday night to support the young men doing their best to win every game.

you have nothing better to do with your time and money than go watch Rosier throw punts? get out, do something fun

If you agree with this post, you are not a true cane. I'm ****ed off too. I'm mad at Richt and the offensive staff too. I want to see changes made too! I'm tired and frustrated with seeing a team full of talent consistently fail to live up to that apparent talent. I feel the same pain you guys are feeling but that is no excuse to not support the players. The players deserve our support. The players that were born in Dade and stayed in Dade deserve our support. The players from the tricounty area deserve our support. This post is pure bull****. The people who agree with this level of thinking are trash. Fly the fire the OC banners if you want, but support the players while doing so.
Unfortunately, this is the only way to get the administration to listen. Yeah, they don't like to see banners (I still want them) but showing an empty stadium and more importantly, not paying for the tickets, is crucial. They are in hog heaven now with season tickets at and all time high

Miss me with that false narrative that "not going to games is the only way to get the administrations attention". You know who has the administrations undivided attention? Boosters, that's who. If you've ever donated to UM before, you would know that you get emails and calls where they speak on fund raising efforts and ask if you would like to donate. When they contact you, refuse to donate. Let them know why and what changes you want to see be made. If enough donors stop donating and voice their opinion, I guarantee you the administration will listen and you'll see action. Not going to support the players is just a crap excuse that people like to use.

I do donate and quite a lot but no more. I do get everyone of those emails. You are also correct but so am I. They almost sold out of the season tickets for the first time ever and were heavily gloating about it. Significant drop off in sales and seats will absolutely get their attention

There are no fake cane fans left, you blindly supported a pile a crap is dumb too me, but you do you, for most people we need to boycott and let them know this isn't acceptable at ll
You're a dumbass. Supporting the players is being blind? There are 85 young men who chose to stand with the U, because of that I'll stand with them.

Thats gonna be a dead *** stadium and Mark should know it once he walks in..

Embarrassing that you cant even at least put up a consistent 20 points a game and at MINIMUM not have your QB turning the ball over!
Remember when we were told that the players felt that 40 pts a game should be the norm? Lol

Based on what you're saying, I assume you won't be going to any games next year too then. The season tickets for this year have been sold already, they won't feel the impact this year. I'm not denying that empty seats won't draw the attention of the higher up's but I think it's the least effective way. The quickest way to see change is through donations, especially for a private school like UM.

A lot of these kids, especially on defense, are still playing their hearts out for this team. I’ll be at the game to support them.

Our record and problems regarding coaching speak for themseves. We don’t need to go and embarrass ourselves in front of potential recruits with an empty stadium at our homecoming game now too.

Obviously I'm referring to next year. Donations are a majority of the ticket costs. Of course, high level donations will have an impact but the biggest majority come through tickets

Those same players have quit, once Rosier was named the starter they felt kicked in the gut and quit, what a weak performance 2 weeks in a row, they don't care why should you

And what kind of message does losing send?
Obviously not good and we’re definitely going to lose some recruits. I just don’t think we should be advocating fans not to attend games. It feels like making a bad season even worse.

I’m hoping that was Rosier’s last game. I’m personally pretty upset Richt didn’t ride with Perry. I always felt that this season was going to be a tough one due to the qb situation and Richt has most certainly made that worse.

I support this program. Im showing up

Absolutely. You guys should have been around in the seventies. Some games there were less then 15,000 fans in the OB. You could sit anywhere you wanted. I went to all games and supported the team. That’s what fans do. Richt and his staff are well paid to turn things around. If they don’t there are well paid people that will hire someone else. Enjoy supporting the team while well paid people take care of the rest.

I'm unhappy with the state of the team, but that doesn't mean I won't continue to support them. Even when I wanted Golden fired, I still showed support for Burns, Chickillo, Perryman and every other player who committed and stayed loyal even when things got bad.

The players need us, lots of recruits will be there and I still want this team to win and compete for the coastal. It is what it is at this point...
