Sucks that are Dline goes against zero competition in practice. Hard to get better that way.

This is not surprising when you hear the comments from McKinnie and Romberg on that podcast. They (or maybe just McKinnie had some disappointing interactions with the young OLs....low attention span, didn't really absorb the advice). We have a maturity problem with our young guys, lack of experience, maturity, leadership, technique (takes time, practice and coaching). These are all things that are correctable over time.
