This is what I’d like to see with Galvin out.

1. Ogden 2B
2. Dubovik LF
3. Cuvet 3B
4. Sosa C
5. Williams RF
6. Alvarez DH
7. West 1B
8. Sheahan SS
9. Torres CF

Thoughts?

Biggest problem is there are too many good bats and players to not rotate some but I believe the above is our best lineup.

I like it but i kinda like copeland at 1st as a better athlete than west. Getting milano plenty of subbing in too.

West is arguably the best pure hitter on the team and I know that sounds absurd with who we have but check his stats. It’s unbelievable

He’s a really good bat, but copeland has better stats. Yes less AB’s, but good enough sample size 12abs to 19abs for west

might I suggest for tonight since we're facing a LHP:

1. Ogden 2B
2. Williams RF
3. Cuvet 3B
4. Sosa C
5. West 1B
6. Alvarez DH
7. Dubovik LF
8. Sheahan SS

is Sheahan back from being dinged up?

Ogden was one of our best players last season without question. However, apart from the leadoff HR at UCF, there have not been many instances where he's been effective at setting the table.

Is it way out of line to suggest that Ogden should be removed from the leadoff role in favor of Peralta, who is second on the team in OB% albeit in a smaller sample size.

Ogden certainly has more pop (based on 2025) and runs the bases the well, but it doesn't feel like it will happen for him this year.

He has had consistent bad AB’s all year. It’s been ugly but still have faith

I also have faith in the kid based on what he did last season. Maybe the circumstances around the late decision to move him from SS have him in his feelings? My understanding is he's a quiet kid and perhaps no one knows for sure but something seems slightly off. Might crush his confidence to lose the leadoff role but Peralta looks competent lately, and perhaps Ogden would respond to a shakeup.
