Any of you guys ever do a crowd sourcing investment? Did it go well? Decided to throw into Boxabl. Definitely high risk but seems high reward as well.

your typical crowd sourcing deal has little due diligence done and is not SEC registered. As risky as spacs are, crowdsourcing is even riskier.

I looked at the deal, and there are numerous other companies in that space. Hope you make a lot of money, but its not for me.
 
I definitely think the tiny home/prefab style house has a bright future but there are so many zoning hurdles to overcome in urban areas. You can't just put those homes anywhere unless you're in a rural area.

The deals I have seen in this space are for poorer countries overseas, and the math from an investment pov is dismal.
