Start Perry

That makes logical sense, I just don't get how you pretend to know. How do you know that Perry was the real starter byt Richt has been keeping that under wraps because he had to suspend Perry?

This is what I'm talking about. People keep making up theories about all kinds of things based on the flimsiest of evidence.

Rosier was the legit starter because none of the other guys have been consistent enough to take the job from him. Occam's Razor.
I’m not pretending to know, however, you just said it, it’s logical sense.

I meant that it's logical sense if you could possibly know the things you base it on. Since you don't I want to know why you think it makes sense.

Because it doesn't unless you just want t theory that makes you feel better.

Fair enough, maybe I should change the Verbiage and put all this in the Theoretical realm.

Perry was suspended for the LSU game. Suspension is over. He should be the starter.

Give Perry meaningful reps moving forward, much like Clemson is doing with their QBs. That way, it’ll be easier to pull Rosier down the road, and when that day comes (and it will) Perry will be comfortable

This seems like the way to go, but if we're going to be in tight games there will be endless questions about who got PT and when. Everything will become "we would have won/won by more if we'd played QBX in the 1st/2nd/3rd/4th/whole game".

Whatever happens, that lsu loss tells me it's going to be a very annoying season on CIS.

I'm of the opinion that if you're going to get some questionable throws from both, you're better off going with the young guy who at least has a chance to improve. The fifth year senior isn't getting any better so by sticking with him, you're saying "we're ok with being mediocre all season". Perry looked much sharper than Rosier against Savannah. While he did throw a pic most of his passes were accurately delivered. Rosier still had three or four passes nowhere near his target. All the same accuracy issues we saw last year. Bubbles thrown behind the target, passes sailed over guys' heads. Just bad throws.

My guess is that Richt will start Rosier at least for next week but continue to give Perry reps with the starters in practice and game situations.

Disagree that Perry should start against Toledo.

He should relieve Rosier. Either because Miami is up by 28 after the 1st quarter, or because Richt decided one quarter for each of them - with Rosier starting, or because Rosier was so ineffective he had to be pulled. But, he needs to TAKE the job, not have it gifted to him. That goes the same for Weldon or Williams.
Dude rosier struggled to move the chains against savanah st .. we are not going to up 28 the first quarter you either going to ride with him the whole game or just ease in a younger guy when he struggles

There's everything to lose. We haven't played an ACC game yet

Why the **** would we play Perry if Perry can't beat rosier out in practice for two years in a row ?

You guys have to see how moronic that is

Who’s to say he isn’t better? This staff hasn’t exactly put the best guy on the field lots of times.

Perry moved the offense better than Rosier. Keep in mind this was Perry’s first snaps in a game. Against a 5th year Senior with multiple starts under his belt. Perry’s talent is ridiculously higher than Rosier.

On top of that Kosi has a way bigger upside and arm talent . Let him play and improve.

That’s the only way you get better. At this point Rosier is stealing snaps.
