Football players need to be compensated beyond the worth of a free ride, and the amount of scholarships need to be reduced, and there needs to be limits set on booster compensation for football personnel.

Level the playing field.

If you were to tell me back in the day of Cane Domination 78 home game winning streak years that I’d be trying to communicate those years to many here and get dumb and down voted for sharing a time and tradition of sacrifice and training like you would not believe was possible and when we took a second place National trophy AND MADE IT A DOOR STOP of unacceptable behavior on the field of battle.

I would have thought IT WAS IMPOSSIBLE TO BELIEVE IT WOULD EVER HAPPEN ....EVER IN MY NIGHTMARES.

And here we are , LOOKING DOWN AT SACRIFICE TRAINING AND PASSION like it was TRASH .

TO A POWER HOUSE of teams ranked as THE GREATEST OF ALL TIME IN COLLEGE FOOTBALL.

I poured a close friend’s ashes on the U helmet middle field 50 yard line before a game because he wanted to be apart of Canes battles and hopefully it would rain so his ashes could mix in Cane mud .

To get this back would be a monumental task only PASSION could bring

This is nothing.

The real outrage that the NCAA has already addressed is making sure schools get punished when a player gets luxury items, like a used broken down washer and dryer.

Cash could do it. But Miami isn't allowed to do that.

Texas is eventually going to get it right. They’ve shown they’re willing to move on from mistakes and do whatever it takes to win, something Miami never has.

Eventually Texas is going to hire the right coach, and they’ll be a juggernaut like Alabama. They’re playing roulette with an unlimited number of spins...eventually they’ll hit it big.

Meanwhile at Miami, it’s the same old attitude from the BOT of not giving a **** and accepting mediocrity
 
How much has UM paid out in buyout-type monies over the past decade or so?

Im guessing its around $10 million.
