Staggering how far we have to go

The BOT and administration would have to be blind not to notice how far behind elite we are. Oregon and Ohio State are years ahead of where we currently are as a program. Not one year, but years, we need an overhaul. Such a pity that we will not start ripping off the bandaid and starting over for at least another year, 2015 will be a total waste.

Not sure why you think they don't see it. Caring about it is a different matter.
 
Not just that, but to win a NC, you now have to win 3 extra games against generally top tier coaching...does the administration really think AG and co. can do that. The writing is on the wall, if you want to win in CFB today you need to spend money on elite coaching, you can't nickel and dime your way like we did in the past.

We're a culture change away from being back playing for National Titles. That's down to an aggressive HC that realises what Miami is about - the talent is there.

Btw neither of these teams is very good. Really down year for college football.

my point is that we keep saying that we are one coach away but keep failing to get one
 
Miami is never far away. We are in the best recruiting territory we just need a coach to put the kids in positions that are to their strengths. Simple our roster is good enough

new President holds the key, game has changed and all Donna has done is cash checks
need a President who cares an AD and a complete overhaul of program.
firing the coach unless accompanied by significant change is a cosmetic change .... we are heading in wrong direction
present President/BOT/AD do not care........
 
osu lost to VA TECH..just let that sink in...

they figured themselves outand got back to it..but were not eons away from them...
