I think Butch would have a few folks with ties to Miami on staff, but I highly doubt it'd be half the staff or more....

He knows lots of coaches and ex-players from his time in the NFL and in college.

Plus, he's been a commentator for awhile, too, so he's had a chance to meet plenty of coaches on staffs across the country...

I think he'd pick a few names with no connection to Miami that we haven't even heard much about....

I'm interested to see who he'd pick....
