Jonathan Anderson has been hired as Director of Player Development. This is a new position on the staff. He’ll been doing a lot of video and analytics work. Should be useful given how much we shift.

Great hire! I wrote to him and offered to build any models that they need pro bono, BUT they have to provide the raw data.

Matt Cleveland is joining from Hagerty High School as the volunteer assistant coaching the infielders. Best of luck to him with Zamora and Gil.
