Face it people, he just isn't the player we thought he'd be.
Despite being nicked up, I'm sure we can definitively make that judgment now.. during his sophomore year (true).
The whole slump thing is a myth..

Too much weed, needs to hit the weights harder, looks like a HS sophomore

Not Coley's fault this isn't a 70 yd TD. Coley was running open what would've been 2 huge plays and Kayaa just missed him.
Maybe if the coaches let Coley run a pattern other than a bubble screen, their timing would have been better.

No slump, coley is not being used properly. The coaches should utilize his route running ability. I can recall coley in the spring making our dbs spend around due to his route running. Not saying he is on cooper's level but that is the type of routes our coaches should be having coley run similar to what bama does with amari cooper.
Thats the word around town from one of his ex HS coachesToo much weed, needs to hit the weights harder, looks like a HS sophomore

Lol, are some of you watching the same game? Kaaya is looking for two guys 90% of the time...Walford and Dorsett. It's not really his fault, that's where he's comfortable and he's young. His check downs are Duke or Yearby. He's not looking for Coley on anything other than the designed screens. You can't blame Coley. He did have that one big drop this year, but other than that he just doesn't get many downfield targets. Sorry, it's not just on all on him.
Sophomore slump.
