I like Mario but his lock-down on the team makes media stuff extremely boring. Cliche, programmed comments from everyone, 10 second video clips and inaccurate team rosters handed out.

TBH, I'm absolutely fine with the secrecy. No matter how much access we used to have, it was always the same old ****. Do you really need a Peter Ariz hype writeup on how good Kayne Farquharson is playing? (Not sure if those two overlapped, just making this up as an metaphor for how ridiculous Spring practice reporting has been in the past).

Back in the day, some practices were open to the public, and some were absolutely closed.
