Dawson: we want to be balanced on offense.

Poster: Told you so, Mario would bring in a guyt that would run his system He had at Oregon.
To pile on to your point, how many playoff teams are not balanced? TCU ran 566 and threw 454. OSU 466 and 410. Michigan 600 and 370. UGA 557 and 497. Just for comparison I looked at Bama, who ran it 458 and threw 438.

Michigan in 2022: 370 pass attempts for 3,078 yards; 600 rush attempts for 3,345; 970 plays for 6,423.
Michigan in 2021: 395 pass attempts for 3,202 yards; 571 rush attempts for 3,001; 966 plays for 6,203.

This is not defending Gattis, but Michigan numbers are almost identical with and without him.

How is 6’3’’ and 220 a tweener at LB? You’re trying too hard
He's a tweener in my book since he played some SS in high school and runs a 4.4. I'm not saying he absolutely should be a safety, but there's such little depth there that I believe it may be wise for him to maybe receive some reps at that position this spring. I'm sorry if I offended you.

It’s not the Pistol (ie, Mario’s system).

I’ll let you know when I see it next week. But what I’ve been told is that it’s a version of Lashlee ran here (splits and concepts).

I want to see the running game in action before I start to judge it.
