Spring Spring PractiSe 13: Tuesday April 8

Black Sabbath as mentioned, but Deep purple would also be right there in the vicinity.
Thank you. How we got to seven pages without anyone throwing Deep Purple into this conversation was getting a bit ridiculous. All three bands are necessary for the genre.

Except SMU, Texas, Penn State, Indiana, Georgia all had QBs that were capable of winning games

They weren’t relying on bums like Emory Williams
Emory Williams won against Clemson.

I get it that they didn’t win because of him but did Georgia win the sec championship game because Gunnar Stockton threw for 71 yards or because their defense held Texas to 19 points?

No Say Anything?

Or Hot Tub Time Machine? 🤣

I agree with him completely that we need one. We had the same conversation in the IPF last year.

A sneaky candidate is Damari Brown. He has natural pop and striking ability. But I still think it needs to be someone at safety or LB.

Why not Damari at safety?

UGA’s defense demolished Texas, and that’s why they won. Completely shut down their running game and attacked it very aggressively. IIRC, they had a high number of sacks and TFLs.

"They [Georgia] looked like they showed confidence in the kid by the way they played. They weren't trying to protect him in the second half of the game." Said Saban.

**** you never hear with Emory playing

You realize how the Internet works right? You also realize we're implementing an entirely new defense and drastically changing up our offense principles right? We play Notre dame week 1. Maybe it makes more sense for our head coach to ensure as little film as possible gets out for opponent preparation than it does for our fan base to be appeased. Be patient. Youll see plenty
You would think we are missing our game day strategy vs. ND and the final roster rotation during spring training.

12-16 71 yards no touchdowns one interception. That’s about what you’re going to get from a backup quarterback.

There’s a handful of teams who might experience little to no drop off in production if their starting quarterback got hurt. There’s other 98% of them will struggle

Carson Beck was 7/13 for 56 yards in the same amount of time? Only 3 points when Beck was in the game in the entire first half
